Bauchi State government has assured the people of Warji local government area that the150 bed facility general hospital project will be completed within one month.
The State Commissioner for Information Usman Shehu Usman discloses this to newsmen who have embarked on a tour to monitor projects awarded by state Governor Bala Muhammad across the state.
Usman Shehu Usman said the site supervisor Mr. Somson Balami informed him that the project despite some hitches has reach 80 percent completion.
“All modern equipment is being used in the construction, and once completed, this hospital will go a long way in addressing the health challenges of the people in Warji local government area”, he said.
Speaking during the tour, the chairman of Warji local government area, Aminu Barmini, commended Governor Bala Mohammed for executing life-changing projects in the local government.
Aminu Barmini explained that the state government has awarded several projects, including the construction of the 19 km road from Warji to Gwaram, the District Head of Warji’s Palace, the Burarana-Dabo road, erosion control project, a new hospital in Miya, Dabo village head Palace’s construction, and Juma’at mosques, among others.
He noted that the people of Warji are grateful for the governor’s interventions, which he said have touched critical sectors of the community.
