The Organising Committee of the 2025 Top 4 Unity Cup Final has announced a rescheduling of matches earlier slated for this Tuesday in honour of former Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari who died last Sunday at a hospital in London.
Committee Chairman, Alhaji Murtala Ibrahim, who holds the traditional title of Ɗan Malikin Ɓoto, said the change followed the nation’s mourning over the passing of former President Muhammadu Buhari.
According to him, the third-place match between Waaku FC Mursum and Zari FC will now hold on Sunday, 20th July 2025 by 12:00 noon in Bauchi.
Ɗan Malikin Ɓoto added that the final between Khadija Pharmacy FC and Burgel United will follow at 3:00pm, at the Abubakar Tafawa Ɓalewa Stadium, Bauchi.
