Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, has approved the redeployment of three Permanent Secretaries to new duty stations in the state civil service.
The redeployment is contained in a circular dated 16th October, 2026, issued by the Office of the Head of Civil Service, General Administration Department, Bauchi.
According to the circular, signed by the Permanent Secretary, General Administration Department, Sani Musa, the affected officers are Bala Manu Gadau, Umar Usman and Chiroma Ahmed Malle.
Bala Manu Gadau, who was previously posted to the Ministry of Security and Home Affairs, has been redeployed to the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).
Similarly, Umar Usman, formerly with BACYWORD, has been posted to the Ministry of Security and Home Affairs, while Chiroma Ahmed Malle, who served at the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, is to report to the General Administration Department of the Office of the Head of Civil Service.
The circular directs the affected officers to conclude all handing-over and taking-over formalities on or before Wednesday, 21st October, 2026.
