The Bauchi State Commissioner of Natural Resources Development, Mohammed Maiwada Bello, has charged staff of the Ministry to uphold punctuality, commitment and dedication to duty.
The Commissioner who gave the charge during a staff meeting, emphasized the need for discipline, professionalism, accountability and effective time management as key ingredients to achieving the Ministry’s mandate and improving service delivery.
Maiwada Bello urged the staff to see their official responsibilities as a call to service and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of the ministry and the state at large.
He commended the staff for their efforts and encouraged them to sustain their positive attitude to work.
In a bid to boost morale, Bello presented special gifts to some outstanding staff members in recognition of their dedication and hard work, a gesture that was warmly applauded by both management and staff.
He further called for teamwork, mutual respect and professionalism, assuring that hard work and commitment will continue to be recognized and rewarded in line with the developmental agenda of Governor Bala Mohammed led administration.
